By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our hair styling appliances, accessories, or services for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

2. Products, Pricing & Electrical Compatibility

We strive to accurately display the colors, specifications, airflow ratings, and design attributes of our styling appliances (hair dryers, hot air stylers, and flat irons).

• Prices for our retail and wholesale products are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities per person, household, or company.
• Voltage Notice: Customers are responsible for verifying that their selected voltage/plug standard (e.g., US 110V vs. EU/UK 220–240V) corresponds to their local electrical infrastructure prior to completing purchase.

4. OEM, ODM & Custom Private-Label Orders

For B2B partners utilizing our custom manufacturing, OEM/ODM hair dryer development, and branding services:

• OEM pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), prototype approvals, and production lead times are governed by individual Proforma Invoices (PI) or supply agreements.
• Clients ordering custom private-label branding warrant that they own or are licensed to use all submitted trademarks, logos, and packaging designs without infringing third-party intellectual property.
• Custom-manufactured OEM goods, branded molds, and customized packaging are non-refundable once mass production has commenced.

5. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

We process and dispatch shipments in accordance with our stated shipping guidelines. International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by the destination country; these costs are the buyer’s sole responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We stand behind the engineering of our appliances:

• Retail Returns: Unused, undamaged products in original packaging with all included attachments may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
• Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene reasons, styling tools that exhibit signs of heavy cosmetic residue, foreign hair entanglement, or physical tampering may be subject to partial refund or refusal.
• Electrical Safety & Warranty: Our appliances are covered under standard manufacturer defect warranties. The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse, improper voltage converters, liquid immersion, or unauthorized structural modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall onlyonewaterflosser, its directors, employees, or manufacturing affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of high-temperature electrical appliances, failure to follow user manual instructions, or electrical surges beyond standard consumer power supply conditions.
